SAMMI Award Nomination Interviews
- DATE: January 24, 25, 26 - 2012
- Time: Early evening
- Nominations: Join a group of 3 or 4 people on a nomination interview panel. You will be interviewing finalist for the SAMMI Awards. Questions will be provided for you.
SAMMI Awards Art Show
- DATE: March 6, 2012
- Time: 6:30pm
- Art Show Set up and breakdown: Join us at KeyBank in Sammamish to help set up and breakdown tables, chairs, artwork, food and drinks.
SAMMI Awards Event Posters
- DATE: Starting February 16, 2012
- Time: We will set time and dates that work best for the most people
- Hang up Event Posters around Sammamish and Issaquah
SAMMI Awards Event
- DATE: March 16, 2012
- Time: Different shifts between 3:30pm - 10:00pm
- Ceremony and Reception Ushers: Assist Presenters, Awardees, and VIPs to their seats and on and off the stage
- Raffle Ticket Sales: Sell raffle tickets to guests
- Coordinate Nonprofits: Coordinate the arrival and placement of nonprofit organizations
- Set up and break down: Assist with overall set up and breakdown
In addition to the annual Awards Event, the SAMMI's also participate in 4th on the Plateau and new this year, Sammamish Days!
4th on the Plateau
- DATE: July 4, 2012
- Time: 4:30 - 9:00pm (various shifts)
- Ticket Sales: Sell tickets for the Kids Zone
- Kids Zone: Direct and supervise kids in the Kids Zone
Sammmamish Days
- DATE: 3rd or 4th Saturday in August
- Time: 9:00am - 4:00pm (various shifts)
- Entertainement:Assist with coordination, check-in and stage production of local talent on Stage 2
